Our competition class is perfect for those who want to take their dancing to the next level and perform in front of large audiences.
Once pupils reach the required standard, they’re invited to join the competition group.
Our competition pupils have achieved amazing things, with many progressing on to west-end productions and a life on stage!
Competition pupils pay a monthly fee to attend multiple classes a week, working towards troupe performances at competitions, festivals and big production shows.
Our competition classes are designed to challenge and motivate dancers, and our supportive environment ensures that everyone can thrive.

Class details
All competition pupils attend one ballet class on either Tuesday OR Saturday (times can be found here)
Junior Competition class:
1 * RAD ballet class
Thursday: 4:30 - 6:00pm
Saturday: 9:00 - 10:30am
Intermediate Competition class
1 * RAD ballet class:
Thursdays: 6:30 - 8:00pm
Fridays: 5:45 - 7:30pm
Saturdays: 10:30 - 12:15pm
Senior Competition class
1 * RAD ballet class:
Wednesdays: 7:00 - 8:30pm
Thursdays: 7:00 - 8:30pm
Saturdays: 12:15 - 2:00pm
Fee £19.50 per week (billed monthly)

Online invoices are sent out monthly to be paid through an easy direct debit system or if easier, you can pay at reception via card.

Typically, we’ll assess your child’s current standard and proceed from there. We aim to keep similar age groups together.

Yes - this can be purchased from the Studio.

To begin with, something comfortable such as shorts and a t-shirt. Where possible, we can lend out a pair of ballet shoes until you’re ready to purchase from our shop.

Yes - we follow the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus and British Theatre of Dance for children and adults to progress through their grades

Once enrolled, our classes are billed on a monthly basis. Missed lessons do need to be paid for however, we will allow reasonable allowances for Covid related absense.

Absolutely! We have opportunities for all children to take part in our annual shows plus professional pantomimes, competitions and festivals.

Unfortauntley, we don’t allow this. We find it’s distracting for the children.
